¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2It appears from the pleadings raised by the respective parties that there arose some dispute regarding 10% remaining payment of the general provident fund amount to the petitioner for certain records not traceable and in that regard, petitioner was asked to cooperate by the authorities concerned vide letters dated

04.09.2023 and 11.09.2023.

¶3In reply to the personal affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to his reply made to the authorities on 03.10.2023. However, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing further transpired in the matter. He has also annexed therein the chart of duties and functions of computer operators working with the department.

¶4The Court is of the considered view that since the petitioner has approached the authority concerned by making a representation and also annexing therewith number of documents which may be helpful to the respondents in resolving the issue, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 namely Chief Medical Officer, Ballia to take decision in the matter within sixty days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order after hearing the concerned parties.
