Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he has raised construction on plot no.238 after getting his map sanction by the regulatory authority under the Regulation of Building Operation Act, 1958. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not allowing the petitioner to put up his gate in front of the house and his grievance is not being considered in that regard. The third respondent is not represented. Learned State Counsel further states that in the event petitioner approaches the competent authority with his grievance the same shall be dealt with as per law. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition by permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the third respondent along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks. The third respondent shall accord consideration to the petitioner's claims in accordance with law and shall pass necessary orders, as may be warranted, within a further period of two months.
