¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Saidpur, District Ghazipur) to comply the order dated 06.09.2022 in Case No. 3214/2022 (Vasdev and others Vs. Gram Panchayat and others) (Computerized Case No. T202214290403214) U/s 20/24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 regarding the Arazi No. 624 measuring Area

0.2680 hect., and Arazi No. 619Ga measuring area 0.0850 hect situated at Gram-Mangari, Pargana-Bahriyabad, Tehsil-Saidpur, District-Ghazipur and removed the encroachment of respondents and demarcated the Arazi No. 624 measuring Area

0.2680 hect., and Arazi No. 619Ga measuring area 0.0850 hect., within stipulated period, which is pending before him."

¶3Instructions were called by order dated 27.10.2023. Learned Standing Counsel produced the instructions which are taken on record.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel submitted that boundary marks have been installed on

18.11.2023 in presence of the petitioner.

¶5In view of the above, no further orders are requires to be passed.
