¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Stay Application dated 20.09.2023 filed in Revision No.336 of 2023 (Amir Hasan and another vs. Ahmad Hasan and others), under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, District-Bijnor is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred stay application after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
