¶1Grievance of petitioner is that his Revision No.1026/2022-23 (Satish Vs. State of U.P.) under Section 48(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is pending before respondent No.2(Deputy Director of Consolidation) and the same has not been decided till date.

¶2I have perused the order sheet annexed along with this writ petition. On various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work. Therefore, the Authority concerned cannot put on fault.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instruction submits that petitioner undertakes that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioner himself or through his Advocate shall appear before concerned authority and will not take any adjournment.

¶4Taking note of undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above revision expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment. Order Date :- 20.11.2023 P. Pandey High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
