¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Appeal No.895 and 896 of 2019 (2019540203000058), Shanti Devi and others Vs. Ram Lal Bind and others pending before respondent No.2 (Settlement Officer Consolidation, District-Prayagraj) is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority shall take all endeavour to decide the above referred appeal after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
