¶1Heard Ms. Shilpa Ahuja, learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

¶2The present application has been filed seeking recall of the bail granted by this Court vide order 24.03.2023 passed by the Second Additional Civil Judge (JD)/ J.M., Amroha.

¶3There is no allegation or averments in the bail cancellation application that the accused has misused the liberty of bail granted by the court below.
