¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjal Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Executive Engineer, EUDD, Karelabagh,Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Allahabad is not deciding the objection filed by the petitioner under Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 filed against the bill regarding the period 2nd November, 2022 to 4th December, 2022.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner or the maintainability of his objection under Clause 6.5 of the Code, 2005, the petition is disposed of with a direction

to

Executive

Engineer,

EUDD, Karelabagh,Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Allahabad to decide the aforesaid objection of the petitioner and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
