Sri Pankaj Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioners at the very outset submits that the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh as though in para 11 of the writ petition it has been asserted that the Director of Secondary Education has rejected the permission for making appointment as Class III (Clerk) and Class-IV employees but the same has not been annexed with the writ petition and no challenge has been raised in the prayer. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
