¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondent nos. 6 and 7 are making constructions over the plot of the petitioner. On the aforesaid complaint, the petitioner has filed the present petition praying for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the revenue authority to stop the construction of the private respondents over the disputed property and demarcate the land of the petitioner in accordance with law or decide the application for demarcation dated 16.12.2022.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 4 to lodge a criminal case against the illegal occupant who have illegally occupied the property of the petitioner."

¶2This petition involves disputed questions of fact regarding title and possession of the parties and therefore it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed.
