Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that applicant was earlier enlarged on interim bail vide order dated 19.10.2023. Learned counsel for informant has stated that victim is minor and, therefore, marriage of couple is not possible. However, the victim appears to be consenting party. She had willingly eloped with the applicant. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 19.10.2023 is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions of earlier interim order dated 19.10.2023. Bail application is allowed.
