¶1Petitioner is aggrieved by a notice dated 20th September, 2023, which records that petitioner has raised construction on the public-drain. According to the petitioner, this assertion is not correct and has submitted his reply in that regard. Grievance is that without considering petitioner's reply, the State-authorities are trying to demolish the construction.

¶2None has accepted notice on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 4.

¶3Learned State Counsel, however, submits that in the event, petitioner has submitted a reply to the notice, the same shall be duly adverted to.

¶4In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach third respondent along with copy of his reply submitted to the notice within two weeks from today. The third respondent shall accord consideration to the petitioner's reply and pass appropriate order before proceeding any further in the matter.
