¶1The dispute in the present petition is between the petitioners and the respondent nos. 5 and 6 in relation to certain plots which the petitioners claim to be their bhumidhari plot.

¶2The dispute between the parties is a private dispute and the issue arising in the present petition involves disputed questions of fact which can be decided only on evidence and therefore the prayer directing the State authorities to interfere on behalf of the petitioners or to decide the representation of the petitioners stands rejected.

¶3The petitioners may exercise any other remedy available to them in law.
