¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

27.04.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0166 of 2023, under Sections-498A, 323, 504, 506, 377 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Sidhari, District-Azamgarh.

¶3Learned counsel for the first informant has filed counter affidavit annexing thereto the chargesheet which is being filed in the matter. Since the chargesheet has already been filed consequent to the lodging of the first information report, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as such.
