¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:

i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to cause any kind of harassment to the petitioner particularly for asking the original record pertaining to offence in question till the completion of investigation which is being conducted by respondent No.2.

ii) Issue any suitable order or direction to which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

¶3At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy as may be available to the petitioner.
