¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
¶2The FIR in question was lodged as a missing person report against one Likku. Subsequently, five persons including the applicant were linked with the offence in question.
¶3It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that four of the co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail by this Court. Copies of the bail orders are on record. He further submits that the criminal antecedents of the applicant has been duly explained.
¶4Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.
¶5Considering the fact that the co-accused on similar allegations have been enlarged on bail, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed.
