¶1None appears for the petitioner even when the matter is taken up in the revised call. Shri Bhupeshwar Dayal, learned counsel, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.2.

¶2We have perused the record and we find that challenge is laid in the petition to the notice dated 21.8.2023 issued by UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) on a rectification application moved by the promoter.

¶3Mr. Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel for the respondents, points out that the rectification application of the promoter has already been rejected on merits on 19.9.2023.

¶4We, therefore, find that the cause raised in the petition no longer survives.
