Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. The writ Court on 11.07.2019 in Writ-C No. 22247 of 2019 passed the following order; "The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the fact that an application was filed for demarcation of the plot no. 1047, neither the application was registered nor any regular number was given to it. It is, therefore, directed that the Sub Divisional Officer may, after giving a regular number to the application, decide the same within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The writ petition is disposed of." On perusal of the order of writ Court, this Court finds that no case for contempt is made out against the private respondents, who have been arrayed as opposite party nos. 7 to 13. Contempt application is misconceived and dismissed, accordingly. Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record. Order Date :- 20.11.2023 Shekhar High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
