¶1This writ petition was filed with the following prayers: "(i) issue an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent - Bank to hand over the possession of the auctioned property in favour of the auction purchaser i.e. petitioner keeping in view the certificate of sale dated

11.06.2010;

(ii) issue an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Bank to take appropriate action on the representation dated 02.05.2023 (Annexure -7) regarding possession of the auctioned property to the petitioner in accordance with law, within stipulated time as granted by this Hon'ble Court."

¶2Both, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.M. Asthana, learned counsel for the Bank, agree that the physical possession of the property has been handed over to the petitioner on 16.11.2023. The petitioner, therefore, has no cause of action.
