¶1Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondents No. 3 to 19.

¶2Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondents No. 3 to 19 on the basis of instruction has submitted that transfer orders issued in favour of the petitioners have been cancelled by the Secretary U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj vide orders dated 30.10.2023.

¶3Let Smt. Archana Singh provide the copies of the cancellation orders dated 30.10.2023 to learned counsel appearing for petitioners.

¶4Learned Senior Advocate appearing for petitioner has prayed that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh challenging therein the cancellation orders dated

30.10.2023.
