Judgment
Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 16368 of 2023 Petitioner :- Monendra Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- CSC,M.N. Singh Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.
¶2Original answer book has been placed before the Court which has been shown to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner himself who is present in the Court, in which I do not see there would be any interpolation of any kind which could have raised doubts about the conduct of the examiner who had examined the answers. I find that the front page sheet does not carry any interpolation or any kind of erasing or cutting in the allotment of marks which could have questioned the ultimate marks obtained by the petitioner.
¶3Hence, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter.
¶4Writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 20.11.2023 Deepika High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
