¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.01.2023 in Case Crime No. 0044 of 2023, under Section 3/4 D.P. Act and under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station-Cholapura, District Varanasi.

¶3Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that vide C.D. No.12, charge-sheet has been submitted on 23.07.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
