¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Shailendra Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 17-10-2023 in Case Crime no. 435 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354Kha, 190, 343 IPC and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Sambhal, district Sambhal.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
