¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2After some arguments, Sri Ambikesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the present application.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer so made.

¶4Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
