The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the the entire proceedings of Case No.611 of 2022 (Anita Yadav Vs. Bholanath Yadav and Others), under Sections-498-A, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Kotwali Katra, District-Mirzapur as well as summoning order dated

28.02.2023, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div)/FTC (Offence against Women), Mirzapur. Vide order dated 10.08.2023, matter was referred to mediation subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- within ten days, but the applicants did not comply with the order dated 10.08.2023, therefore, the notices could not be issued to the parties upon mediation center. The report dated 19.11.2023 of the Registrar (Mediation) in this regard is on record. On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants do not want to press this application. Therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer of the applicants. In view of the statement made by Shri Ratan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
