Order on writ petition Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yashwant Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents. In compliance with the order dated 19.10.2023, a personal affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar in Court today by Mr. Yashwant Singh, learned Counsel. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the Office. In paragraph no. 3 of the said affidavit it is averred: "3. That in pursuance of the order dated 19.10.2023, the deponent has perused the entire record of the petitioner and It has been found that she is entitled for Rs. 3,14,158.00 /-, for which Cheque No. 714425 has been issued as arrears of the ACP which is paid on

06.11.2023, however entitlement of the claim of Group Insurance Rs. 17858.00 has been forwarded to Directorate of Group Insurance, U.P. at Lucknow on 17.03.2020, will be paid after sanction of the same." Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received his due arrears of Assured Career Progression and nothing further remains to be paid. In this view of the matter, no cause of action survives in this petition. This petition is, accordingly, consigned to record. Order on Civil Misc. Stay Application No. 1 of 2023.
