The present petition under Article 227 has been preferred for the direction upon the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court III, Jaunpur to decide the case No. 2620 of 2022 (Richa Vs. Rajesh) under Section 128 Cr.P.C. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not wish to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file fresh petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
