On the last date, below order had been passed: "1. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days time to obtain written instructions if the immovable property of the petitioner has been sealed by way of criminal proceeding arising from the F.I.R. in Case Crime No. 354 dated 2.12.2022 or if the same has been sealed in civil proceedings by the District Magistrate.

¶2Put up as fresh on 20th November, 2023. " Today, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the property has been sealed in criminal proceedings. Accordingly, no interference is warranted in this petition. It stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court for release of his property. (Shiv Shanker Prasad, J.)
