¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet No.299 of 2020 filed in Case Crime No.339 of 2020, under Sections 186, 188, 189, 269, 353 I.P.C. and Section 03 Epidemics Act and Section 51 (b) Disaster Management Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur as well as summoning order dated 05.02.2022, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Rampur.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present FIR was lodged against the applicant for violation of Covid-19 Rules and later on, Government has decided to withdraw such proceedings by issuing different Government Orders and relying upon the same, one of the matters has also been decided by this Court, vide order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Application (u/s 482 Cr.P.C.) No.7585 of 2021. Therefore, in light of the aforesaid facts, the present proceedings may also be quashed.

¶4Learned A.G.A. could not disputed the aforesaid facts.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed and criminal proceeding initiated against the applicant is hereby quashed. Order Date :- 20.11.2023 Amit/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
