¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

¶3The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution has been preferred for the direction upon the court below to expedite the proceedings of Case no. 2916 of 2018 (Smt. Sneha Chauhan Vs. Anoop Kumar Chauhan) under Section 498A, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act pending before the court of District and Sessions Judge, Jaunpur.

¶4It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case is proceeding in the trial court since the year 2018, however the same is not been decided yet. The order sheet of the learned trial court is also brought on record with the supplementary affidavit.

¶5From perusal of records, it transpires that the petitioner had filed the complaint under Section 498A, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur, however, it also transpires from the perusal of the record that the petitioner has not produced herself for recording of Statement under Section 200 Cr.P.C, hence, the matter is pending till date.

¶6In view of the above discussions this Court do not find any ground is made out necessitating interference with the proceedings of learned court below.

¶7The petition is accordingly dismissed.
