¶1Heard Sri Prabhat Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0339 of 2023, under Sections 363 & 366 IPC, Police Station Malapura, District Agra.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
