This instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 13.09.2008 and proceeding of criminal Case No. 26 of 2014 (State Vs. Santosh @ Rinku and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 33 of 2007, under Section 3 (1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station-G.R.P. Anand Nagar, Maharajganj, District Maharajganj, pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Maharajganj. At the outset, learned A.G.A. pointed out that this is the second application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The first application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 10081 of 2020 was dismissed vide order dated

12.06.2020. In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer. In view of the statement made by Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
