¶1Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking transfer of Case Crime No. 196 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506 IPC., Police Station Saiyad Raza, District Chandauli.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the Police Report vide CD08 has been filed on 14.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
