¶1Heard Sri Sachin Malik, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 28.08.2022 registered as Case Crime No.235 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 354, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kithore, District Meerut and for a direction to the police not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no.0246 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022 has already been forwarded, wherein petitioner no.1 - Sazid has been exonerated, as such the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
