¶1Heard Sri Subhash Gosain, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and Sri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 22.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0029 of 2023, under Sections 323, 384, 409, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Rohania, District Varuna (Commissionarate Varanasi) and for a direction to the police not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that in the leading petition the charge-sheet dated 08.06.2023 has already been forwarded, as such the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
