Though no positive report has been submitted by the Police Station Mungara Badshahpur, District Jaunpur but learned AGA has received a report from Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj that applicant no.1, Sanjay Masih was arrested in Case Crime No.229 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 349, 332, 333, 353, 335, 323, 504, 506, 307, 324, 427/34, 120B IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Chandwak, District Jaunpur. At present applicant no.1 is in District Jail, Jaunpur. In view of above, this habeas corpus writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
