1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Sunil Vashisth, learned counsel for O.P. No. 2.

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application and seeks to withdraw it, with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

¶3In view of the above statement, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
