The writ Court on 22.05.2017 had passed the following interim order in Writ-C No.22469 of 2017:- "Notice on behalf of respondents - 1 and 2 has been accepted by Chief Standing Counsel and on behalf of respondent - 3 has been accepted by Sri T.A. Khan. Issue notice to respondent - 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that map has been directed to be corrected according to the report of Revenue Inspector who submitted for correction according to physical possession on the spot. He submits that it is an irrelevant consideration for correction of map. The matter requires consideration. Till the next date of listing, the operation of the orders dated 22.3.2012,

19.10.2012 and 6.5.2017 remain stayed." Learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order of the writ Court, the Court below had proceeded to decide the proceedings. This Court finds that there is no order staying the further proceedings which are pending before the Court below. No case for contempt is made out.
