¶1Heard Sri Ramnath, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the concerned respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner on dated

27.03.2023 with a prayer to remove illegal encroachment over the land pertaining to Gaon Sabha.

¶3Learned Standing counsel came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been initiated against the encroachers who have made encroachment over plot no. 589 and 43M situated at village Allapur, Tehsil Machlishahar, District Jaunpur, while with regard to plot no. 646ch situated in the same village, proceedings for cancellation of illegal agricultural lease granted in favour of the occupants over the said plot has already been initiated.

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, grievance of petitioner has already been redressed in pursuance to the prayer made through the instant petition and the same stands disposed of. Order Date :- 9.11.2023 Shaswat High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
