This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. issue a direction, direct the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) 7th Bulandshahr to decide the Civil Suit No. 898 of 2020 (Harkesh Singh Vs. Smt. Deepa Sharma and another) within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that a suit for injunction was filed by the plaintiff-respondent with regard to the suit property on 16.12.2020. The issues were framed on 07.09.2021. On perusal of the order dated 04.07.2023 appearing in the certified copy of the order-sheet that has been filed as Annexure-3 to this petition, it appears that the case is being listed for recording the evidence on behalf of the plaintiffs. Given the fact that the case is pending at the stage of evidence, no such direction as sought for can be granted. However, it is expected that the trial court would duly proceed with the matter.
