¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj to decide application of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023, as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court which is pending before Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj.

¶3By order dated 17.11.2023, the instructions were called. Today the instructions have been placed by learned Standing Counsel which are taken on record.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel contended on the basis of the instructions that the case has been registered being Case No. T202302030407329, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the date fixed was 17.11.2023.

¶5In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed.

¶6However, it is expected that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 will be brought to its logical end within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
