Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 39114 of 2023 Petitioner :- Ravindra Prasad Respondent :- Union Bank Of India Counsel for Petitioner :- Manoj Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- Ashish Agrawal Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J. Hon'ble Shekhar B. Saraf,J.

¶1Case was called out in the revise list.

¶2No one appeared for the Bank while learned counsel for the petitioner was present.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the fact that the petitioner deposited all the dues along with interest and also despite the fact that on 13.10.2017 the Bank itself had given a certificate that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed, the petitioner was being harassed by the Bank Authorities. On 07.10.2023, the petitioner had written to the Branch Manager of the Bank through registered post ventilating his grievances. However, we have not been shown as to whether the said representation has been received at the Bank or not.

¶3Under such circumstances, we provide that the petitioner along with the copy of the order may personally visit the Bank and serve the copy of the representation on the Branch Manager. The said representation shall be considered in accordance with law within two weeks from today.

¶4With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 21.11.2023 Kuldeep High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
