¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Case No. 222 of 2022 (State Vs. Harish and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 324 of 2021, under Sections-302, 323, 504, 452, 307 394, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Gagaha, District-Gorakhpur.

¶3Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
