In para 6 of the affidavit of compliance, it has been stated that the entire amount, as quantified by the Committee amounting to Rs.42,35,533/-, has been transferred into the account of the applicant on 17.11.2023. The said fact has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing for the applicant. In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court has been complied with and the amount, as quantified by the Committee, has been credited into the account of the applicant, the present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
