Chaudhary Hariram Sewa Sansthan and others)." Shri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, fairly states that in view of the subsequent developments, this petition has been infructuous and that he would seek an appropriate remedy against the order passed in appeal. He, therefore, prays that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. Shri Vijay Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff-respondents, has no objection.
