¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the application dated 03.08.2022, which is still pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj in Case No.332/12/2022, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Tirwa, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that in a proceeding pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., an application was moved by the applicant, which is still pending and not being heard and decided. Further submission is that the lower court may be directed to decide the application dated 03.08.2022 expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the application dated 03.08.2022 within a period of two months expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
