This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "I. To direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Garvi, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 1154 of 2022 (Smt. Reeta Kumari Versus Smt. Manojani Devi and others), pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Garvi, Allahabad as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that the aforesaid suit was filed on 05.12.2022 seeking a decree of eviction of the defendants from the suit property. It appears from the certified copy of the order-sheet that the defendants have appeared in the suit but have not filed written statement. The issues have also not been framed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an expeditious disposal of the suit be directed. Given the fact that the written statement is yet to be filed, it is for the petitioner to move an application before the trial court seeking to expedite the suit.
