¶1The petitioner has preferred present petition inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 21.05.2022 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.) Mirzapur (Rashtriya Lok Adalat) in Misc. Case No.62 of 2021 (Sarojani Devi Vs. Vimlesh Kumar Singh and others)

¶2It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the order impugned has been passed without providing necessary opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

¶3After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present petition as not pressed with liberty to file recall application in the aforesaid case before the court below.

¶4Prayer made is allowed.

¶5The petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
