Aneeta Singh, Sunil Kumar and Kanti @ Sujata against the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 4, Agra in Case No. 4152 of 2019 arising out of case crime no. 1139 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406, 147, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra whereby discharge application of the applicants has been rejected. At the outset, Mr. Brij Gopal Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are on bail and they do not want to press this application, therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
