¶1List has been revised. No one appears to press this petition.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(i) Direct the Additional Civil Judge, (S.D.) Court No. 2, Mathura to decide the Misc. Suit No. 692 of 2022 (Mahaveer Singh and others Vs. Sanjeev Agarwal and others), within stipulated time period, as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Though, in the prayer made in this petition, the phrase 'misc. suit' has been used but it is actually an Original Suit No. 692 of 2022 filed seeking a relief of permanent injunction with regard to the suit property. The suit property appears to be an agricultural land.

¶4The certified copy of the order-sheet reflects that till date, the issues have not been framed.

¶5Accordingly, it is directed that in case, the defendants have been duly served and have filed written statement and there is no other legal impediment, the trial court is required to proceed with the framing of issues.
